Our profile
We zoeken professionals die...
- een master of bachelor hebben op het gebied van Finance & Controll, bedrijfseconomie of accountancy.
- minimaal vier jaar ervaring hebben in een financiële functie.
- goed kunnen werken met Microsoft Office (vooral Excel) en met boekhoudprogramma’s (bij voorkeur Microsoft Dynamics).
- cijfermatig heel sterk zijn, goede probleemoplossers en goed kunnen werken met details.
- goed georganiseerd en analytisch zijn en die in staat zijn prioriteiten te stellen.
- projectmatig kunnen werken, budgetten beheren en kennis kunnen overdragen, met name aan andere collega’s.

Grants Financial Manager
ROC Required
The Grants Financial Manager will support Senior Management with financial analysis and data to support timely and effective decision making. They will collaborate closely with the Global Support Office Finance Partner, Field Finance Manager and Senior Management in DR Congo to ensure sound financial management of grants, effective cost coverage, and accurate spend forecasting. The Grants manager will also support the budgeting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and eligibility.

Medair’s Relief & Recovery Orientation Course (ROC) is a one-week simulation course that will help determine if a humanitarian career with Medair is the right fit for you, and if you are a strong fit for Medair. After participating in the course, you will enter a “pool” of qualified candidates that are ready to be called upon to respond to humanitarian crises. When needs arise in our country programmes, we will offer you a position in line with your competencies and our needs. If you apply for an international position, the ROC will be mandatory for you to work in our country programmes.
