Nothing is perhaps more critical during emergencies than providing safe drinking water and sanitation. That’s why our WASH teams prioritise restoring these vital services for communities devastated by disaster or conflict. We also bring safe drinking water to communities where there is none, repair water points, build latrines, and teach people about healthy hygiene practices in particularly vulnerable or hard-to-reach places.

We look for professionals who:

• Hold a higher-level degree (Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree) in one of the following fields: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Water, Environmental Engineering, Management, Hydrology, or Geology
• Have experience implementing WASH projects in humanitarian and/or emergency contexts
• Have experience writing proposals
• Possess training and skills in project management, budget management, and people management—especially the training and empowering of other staff.
