Gezondheid, voeding en psychosociale zorg is een van onze kernprogramma’s. De medewerkers zijn cruciaal voor onze veldprogramma’s overal ter wereld. Ze werken om zo veel mogelijk mensenlevens te redden tijdens noodsituaties, het risico van ziekten te verminderen tijdens de nasleep, hulp te bieden bij trauma en misbruik in conflicten. Ook helpen ze om de plaatselijke gezondheidszorg te versterken om ook na ons vertrek zorg te kunnen blijven bieden.
We zijn op zoek naar zorgprofessionals:
- die gekwalificeerde artsen, verpleegkundigen, verloskundigen, psychologen, maatschappelijk werkers of voedingsdeskundigen zijn
- met ervaring in basisgezondheidszorg, internationale volksgezondheid, tropische geneeskunde, voeding en geneeskunde in gemeenschappen en of gezondheidseducatie
- met ervaring in het leveren van gezondheidszorg in ontwikkelingslanden, in noodsituaties en/of tijdens uitbraken van ziekten
- met opleiding en deskundigheid in projectmanagement, budgetbeheer en people management, met name trainen en het stimuleren van de eigen verantwoordelijkheid van collega’s
