Project Background
Medair is seeking to contract an Instructional Design Consultant for remote work to help implement strategic objectives of Medair’s International Department Health and Nutrition Advisor Team. This includes further equipping field health and nutrition humanitarian staff and expanding the knowledge and usage of sector specific evidence-based approaches. The rapid changes in health and nutrition technical interventions globally and the need for increased standardization and rapid onboarding of new and experienced staff within Medair, has made the need for developing updated online user-friendly trainings. The organization seeks a qualified instructional design consultant to convert existing training materials (e.g., PowerPoint decks, unpublished Articulate modules with edits) into a fully interactive online course using Articulate 360.

Responses to all questions, including clarifications that may be relevant to all applicants, will be compiled and shared with all interested candidates via this website by 3 November, without identifying the source of the question.
No individual responses will be provided outside this process.

Submissions must include:
· CV or consultant profile
· Filled and signed Supplier Registration Form
· Technical proposal describingthe proposed approach/methodology
· Proposed workplan and estimatednumber of consultancy days
· Financial proposal, including applicable taxes/VAT
· Portfolio or example(s) of relevant previous e-learning work, using Articulate Rise 360 and/or Storyline
· Two professional references
· Proof of consultancy/consultant self-employed status registration (where applicable)
· Professional liability insurance
· Proof of national health insurance
