Providing technical support, leadership and strategic direction, other important aspects of the role include managing and training nutrition staff to meet quality standards in nutrition delivery, encouraging beneficiary participation, liaising with other stakeholders and managing and training nutrition staff, and anticipating, planning, and contributing to the development of new nutrition project proposals and reports.

Programme Funding Manager

The Programme Funding Manager (PFM) has delegated responsibility for researching new funding sources, preparing specific bids, proposals and reports for submission to institutional donors as well as donor relationship management and maintenance of appropriate information systems. Providing strategic support, monitoring, review and evaluation of all aspects of Medair programmes, the Programme Funding Manager plays a key role in grant coordination.











The Marketing Assistant will help execute strategies and key initiatives to drive Donor Retention & Acquisition effectiveness and success. This role will partner with Mass and Middle relationship advisor to roll out campaigns that nurture or attract (new) donors. 





Deputy Financial Controller

The Deputy Financial Controller role is part of the Global Support Office (GSO) finance leadership team. The role is responsible for Medair financial reporting to management, and coordinates Medair global financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting. The Deputy financial controller contributes to developing and embedding fit for purpose internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial reporting and regulatory compliance, and to improve operational efficiency by ensuring that budgets are adhered to, policies are followed, capital shortages are identified, and accurate reports are generated for Medair leadership in a timely manner.







Le ROC de Medair est une simulation d’une semaine qui nous donne l’occasion de faire connaissance et de décider ensemble si une carrière avec Medair est pertinente pour vous comme pour nous. Après avoir validé le ROC, vous rejoindrez un pool de candidats qualifiés et dès qu’un poste correspondant à votre profil s’ouvrira, nous ferons appel à vous. Si vous postulez directement pour un poste sur le terrain, vous devrez obligatoirement effectuer le ROC.

Comment puis-je postuler ?

Si un poste actuellement vacant vous intéresse et vous correspond, vous pouvez postuler directement via notre site web. Lorsque notre équipe aura reçu votre candidature, elle étudiera vos compétences et expériences et vous contactera si vous passez à l’étape suivante du processus de recrutement.

Si vous recherchez un poste sur le terrain mais qu’aucun poste actuellement vacant ne vous correspond, vous pouvez postuler au ROC (session d’orientation sur l’aide et la reconstruction) afin que votre candidature soit prise en compte lors de l’ouverture de nouveaux postes.

Puis-je effectuer un stage ou être bénévole à Medair ?

Pour les postes basés sur le terrain, nous ne recrutons que des personnes justifiant d’une première expérience professionnelle et pouvant s’engager pour une durée minimale d’un an. Nous ne proposons donc pas de stages sur le terrain mais nous vous encourageons vivement à postuler lorsque vous aurez acquis une première expérience au terme de vos études.

Toutefois, nous proposons de temps en temps des stages au sein de notre siège international en Suisse. Vous trouverez ici plus de détails à ce sujet. Nous accueillons volontiers des bénévoles au sein de nos différentes équipes. Cliquez ici pour en savoir plus sur le bénévolat.

Puis-je postuler si je n’ai pas d’expérience humanitaire ?

Etant donné la complexité des contextes dans lesquels nous intervenons, nous considérons qu’il est essentiel que nos équipiers connaissent bien leur métier avant de rejoindre une de nos missions. Nous demandons à ce que les candidats justifient au minimum d’une année d’expérience dans le secteur concerné. Si vous venez de terminer vos études mais que vous avez acquis suffisamment d’expérience pratique grâce à des stages, nous pourrons envisager de faire une exception. Y a-t-il des exigences linguistiques pour pouvoir travailler à Medair ?

Si nos équipiers viennent du monde entier, la langue de travail de l’organisation est l’anglais. Tout candidat dont la langue maternelle n’est pas l’anglais doit être en possession d’un certificat d’aptitude en langue anglaise afin de pouvoir travailler sur le terrain.
