Emergency

In the world's hardest to reach places just £5 a month could be the difference between life and death.

People affected by conflict, disaster and disease are struggling to survive - your monthly gifts mean that we can continue to meet their most urgent needs, saving lives and offering hope and dignity.

‍When 10 month old baby Jok Jok was brought to one of Medair's nutrition stabilisation centres in South Sudan, she faced life-threatening levels of malnutrition.

Jok Jok was urgently given a special baby formula called F-100, which was the vital help she needed to start on the road to recovery.

Her mother Kabacha said:

"Medair has helped my child become well. She’s playing with the other children now and each day, they’re all getting better. I will tell my community to come to the clinic for help - I know this is a good place, you have saved my child.“
