Our work to relieve suffering around the world is inspired by Christian faith and your church’s prayers and partnership provide vital support for all we do. The situation in South Sudan is severe. An estimated 9.4 million people need humanitarian assistance – 76% of the country’s population. Conditions are deteriorating as violence, conflict, drought, flooding and outbreaks of diseases like measles and cholera make daily life challenging. REFUGEE EXPERIENCE
This interactive experience puts you in the position of a person who must leave their home due to extreme circumstances which are out of their control. The activities bring to life how the decisions you make impact your health, safety and future. Groups will experience first-hand what life can be like for a refugee and learn about how Medair is responding to their needs.
