Provision of Air Transport services - South Sudan

Medair is issuing this call for tender to select a supplier for the Provisionof Air Transport Services for Medair Humanitarian Operation specified in Annex 3A.

For over 30 years, Medairhas carried out emergency programming in South Sudan, having started inSouthern Sudan in 1992, providing health, nutrition, WASH and shelter services.

Currently, Medair has awell-established mobile multisectoral emergency response team (ERT).Functioning partly under the ERRM Consortium, the ERT responds to criticalhumanitarian needs, sudden onset-, and large-scale crises. Within thisconsortium, Medair is the technical lead for health and nutrition, providingWASH services alongside.

Medair ERT teams arecurrently deployed in over 8 different locations across South Sudan.Additionally, Medair maintains a strong and consistent presence in Leer,delivering static health, nutrition, and WASH services. Medair’s static andmobile teams work closely together to monitor potential emergency triggers intheir respective areas.
